Project Overview

Umpqua Bank came to us looking for a new way to interact with their customers, something dynamic and interactive that would dazzle and inform.

They needed something that could tout their community involvement and charitable giving to both long-time customers and walk-ins off the street.

We created the Discover Wall, an in-store touch screen portal that took Umpqua's finer selling points like account options and investment strategies and paired them with what makes them unique: their involvement in community events and local business.

We kept the interactivity light and simple, and made it easy to update, as the bank and its community grows over time.
